Raja Petra, who gave a statement to the police on the matter at the Sentul Police Headquarters Saturday afternoon, said he refused to expose the source of his information as he feared for the informant's safety.
Raja Petra, who arrived at the police station at 5.10pm accompanied by his wife, Marina Abdullah and lawyer Amarjit Singh, left about two-and-a-half hours later at 7.45pm.
He said that the police informed him that he was being investigated under Section 203 of the Penal Code following a police report lodged by the Attorney-General's Chambers on June 20 alleging that he had made a false declaration.. . . . more
