Raja Petra Kamarudin has been ordered to report to the ninth floor IPK KL (opposite Pudu Jail) at 10.00am tomorrow (Thursday, 17 July 2008).According to the police, Raja Petra is to be charged for criminal defamation with regards to the Statutory Declaration that he signed on 18 June 2008.
It is not known yet which court he will be charged in as the Attorney-General has not decided yet.
